Yes, we have many, many birthdays in a row- this past Friday was my little nephew's 2nd birthday, and he had an Elmo theme. I made his cake, golden vanilla with white chocolate cool whip frosting. I think it came out quite nice. :o) I also made some quick cupcakes while at the park, to add some chocolate for those who love chocolate (namely ME! ;o) )
